✨ Simple ways to get to know your pendulum 1. S ✨ Simple ways to get to know your pendulum

1. Sit and settle first
Take a few slow breaths. Let your body soften.

Your pendulum responds best when you feel calm and present.

2. Ask to see “yes”
Hold your pendulum steady and ask:
“Show me yes.”
Watch how it moves — this is your baseline.

3. Ask to see “no”
Then ask:
“Show me no.”
Notice the difference in movement.

4. Stay consistent
Use the same position, posture, and grip each time you practise.
This builds trust and clarity.

5. Keep questions simple
Start with clear, easy questions you already know the answer to.
This helps you build confidence in what you’re seeing.

6. Don’t rush it
Connection grows over time.
The more you use your pendulum, the more natural it feels.

7. Trust what you feel
It’s not just about the movement — it’s about your intuition too.
Notice how your body feels alongside the response.

⸻

🌙 Gentle closing line (optional for your post)

Your pendulum isn’t something separate from you…
it’s a tool that helps you listen more deeply to what you already know.
I’ve spent a lot of my life not liking myself. J I’ve spent a lot of my life not liking myself.
Judging. Picking apart. Wishing I was different.

And yet... the work I do now is all about self love.

Because I’ve learned this…if we can’t begin by loving ourselves, with all our faults, all our mistakes, all the parts we’ve tried to hide...then where does that love begin?

Self love isn’t about perfection.
It’s about softening.
It’s about staying.
It’s about choosing yourself, again and again.

Not when you’ve “fixed everything”...
but exactly as you are.
This is the work.
And it starts within 🤍
Time doesn’t pause… the sands keep falling, wh Time doesn’t pause…
the sands keep falling, whether we notice or not.

But there is a quiet power
in how you choose to meet it.

When you slow your breath,
soften your body,
and allow yourself to be held in stillness…

time begins to feel different.

Not rushed.
Not lost.
But felt.

It’s never about having more time —
it’s about the quality of the moment you’re in.

Captured in my garden this morning 🌼 The wheel Captured in my garden this morning 🌼

The wheel turns… and spring arrives 🌿

Tomorrow marks the Spring Equinox — a moment of perfect balance. Light and dark stand as equals, just for a breath… before the light begins to return.

And here they are — the primroses.
Soft. Steady. Unfolding.

They don’t rush.
They don’t force.
They simply open when the time is right.

This is the energy of the equinox.

A gentle invitation to begin again.

In reflexology, the feet remind us of this too — of cycles, of rhythm, of the body’s quiet wisdom. There is no need to push forward too quickly. Instead, we ground, we soften, we listen… and from that place, new growth begins.

Take a moment tomorrow to pause.
To notice the light.
To feel your feet on the earth.

You are allowed to start again.
You are allowed to grow slowly.
You are allowed to bloom in your own time.

The wheel is turning… and so are you 🌙✨

Couldn’t have been a more perfect photo at my so Couldn’t have been a more perfect photo at my son’s graduation today!!

This is me and my son. When he was just 16 months old, I was widowed, and my little boy lost his dad. I had to navigate my grief and his at the same time.

There were dark days, difficult days, days where I questioned every decision I made as a mum. I felt isolated and, at times, judged for being a single parent.

As he grew, I also had to navigate ADHD with him — and face criticism about my parenting along the way.

But today... I stood and watched my son graduate. A moment filled with pride, love, and the quiet knowing that his dad was watching over us both. I know he would be bursting with pride.

And I’m grateful for Rob, who stepped in with love and took on the role of father so wholeheartedly💕💕💕💕💕
🧊💦Four years ago I discovered cold water... 🧊💦Four years ago I discovered cold water... and rediscovered what my soul had been craving.

Sunshine, wind, rain - and that icy rush that makes me feel alive.

Every dip reminds me that I’m part of nature, wild and whole.
