Life is busy and stressful at times…taking time for you can restore a healthy balance, allowing your body to rest, breathe and let go.

CANCELLATION POLICY;

I require a minimum of 48 hours notice for the cancellation of an appointment, otherwise a fee will be charged.

Under 48 hours a 50% payment will apply.

Under 24 hours a full payment will be required.

Not attending an appointment with no cancellation will require full payment for missed appointment prior to any future bookings.

At the initial consultation you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire which will be used to develop a personal treatment plan for you and sign a consent form. This information will be kept confidential.

You will be asked to remove footwear and socks if having foot reflexology and made comfortable in a reclining chair with pillows and blankets for comfort and support.

I use a specific pressure to reflex areas on your face or feet with fingers and thumbs to find areas that need particular attention. Some areas may feel tender when touched but this will pass when pressure is no longer applied.

Most clients feel relaxed and revitalised with a sense of calm after a treatment, but sometimes you may feel lethargic, tearful or develop a headache, this is usually transitory and is part of the healing process.
